Grain Free Bread Pudding

Grain Free Bread Pudding

 1 REAL BREAD™ Sandwich Bread loaf
 ½ cup pecans
 ½ cup raisins
 2 large eggs
 2 ½ cups cream or nut milk
 ½ cup sweetener to equal 1/2 CUP sugar (I use erythritol)
  tsp stevia
 1 tbsp vanilla
 2 tbsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp nutmeg
 1 pinch of salt

Butter an 8"x 8" baking dish.


Cut bread into 1/2 inch pieces and add to baking dish.


Toss in raisins and pecans.
Whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour over bread.


Let rest 2 hours or overnight.


Bake at 350°F about 50 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup (and bourbon)
