Grain Free Chocolate Cookies

Grain Free Double Chocolate Cookies

 1 ½ cups of any REAL BREAD™ BAKING MIX
 2 eggs
 ½ cup butter or shortening
 ¼ cup cocoa powder (I prefer dutch processed)
 ½ cup sweetener to equal 1/2 CUP sugar (I usually use erythritol or IMO)
 ½ tsp pure monk fruit or stevia
 2 tsp vanilla
  cup chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts​

Stir BAKING MIX into bowl of combined ingredients until thoroughly mixed.


Scoop balls of dough (I use an ice cream scoop) onto a greased or lined baking sheet.


Gently press down on each dough ball with a damp palm.


Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes.
